Our workshop has been busy during the Covid-19 period. I’ve completed violins for waiting musicians and my assistant has been working hard restoring violins.
In between my commissioned work, I just finished updating a violin I made in 2009. I fitted a new bridge and soundpost to bring the sound to my current standard and taste. The violin has high quality boxwood pegs and tailpiece, made in England by Roger Hansell. I’ve found these pegs and fittings to be very reliable and they last many years.
The violin is available now in the workshop. We can ship violins throughout Canada for musicians to try for a trial period. Please contact the workshop for details. https://guyharrison.com/contact
